2. Service Offerings

3. Digital Learning Materials

The digital materials include e-courses, training modules, and downloadable guides delivered electronically.

4. Hardware Kits

We offer hardware kits designed for hands-on integration with intelligent systems. Kits are shipped to your designated address.

5. Payment

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed through authorized channels.

6. Comprehensive Refund Policy

6.1 Services

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantive work has commenced. If work has begun, no refunds are provided; however, the scheduled service may be transferred to another date or to another party with mutual agreement.

6.2 Digital Learning Materials

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. If less than 10% of the content has been accessed, a refund will be issued. Once more than 10% is accessed, no refund is provided. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

6.3 Hardware Kits

Hardware kits are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the equipment is in original condition. You are responsible for shipping the kit back. Upon receipt and inspection, the refund is processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

7. Modifications to Terms

AISyner reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
